At Fab Studio, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Each product is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. However, if there is an issue, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Refunds – General Policy
Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for reasons related to dislike of print/color or minor irregularities, as these are characteristic of handcrafted products.

Return Window: You must inform us about the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product, with clear photos and details.

Approval Process: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the return process.

Dispatch Timeline: The damaged product must be dispatched back to us within 48 hours of receiving approval. Delay in dispatch may lead to cancellation of refund/exchange eligibility.

Refund Process
Refund Mode: Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method or provide store credit—based on your preference.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned product.

Return Shipping
Damaged Products: We will bear the return shipping cost or arrange reverse pickup where serviceable.

Packaging: Returned product must be in its original condition and packaging with all tags intact.

Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange only in case of damage or wrong product sent. Exchange is subject to product availability.

Important Notes
Natural irregularities in handblock printing and dye variations are not considered defects.

Colors may slightly vary due to photography lighting and device screens.

Products on sale or custom-stitched are not eligible for return/refund.
